Welcome, Charlie! This courageous boy is 11 years old. Charlie was diagnosed with Leukemia on October 22, 2020.

Since diagnosis, Charlie has had a very tough journey. On two separate occasion’s Charlie spent two weeks in the Pediatric ICU where he was sedated and intubated. In addition, he had an emergency operation as well as a stoma. On top of this, Charlie had a seizure due to brain abnormality, referred to as PRES and his bowel ruptured which left him extremely septic. All of this was due to the awful side effects of chemotherapy.

Charlie is currently learning to walk again.
