Say hi to Domonic! This brave little boy is three years old. Domonic was diagnosed with High Risk Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on June 11, 2019.
As if receiving a cancer diagnosis is not hard enough for a family, just one week later Domonic’s family was struck with more heartbreaking news. He was diagnosed with a rare Philadelphia chromosome. This is a genetic mutation that makes the chances of cancer relapse higher and treatment harder.
Domonic’s spirit has remained strong and his attitude has stayed positive despite everything he is going through. Domonic’s mom said, “he has kept a smile on his face and he is a true fighter! The days I feel down, I look over at Domonic and see the biggest smile and hear his infectious laugh while he is playing without a care in the world and I know my baby is a warrior and that cancer messed with the wrong kid. I’m blessed to be his mom and witness such strength!” Domonic, we are so blessed to have you on team Kids Kickin Cancer!
