Tough Trinity

Share

Meet Trinity! This tough little girl is four years old. Trinity was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma High Risk at the age of two.
Trinity underwent multiple surgeries, went through five rounds of chemotherapy, six cycles of immunotherapy, two stem cell transplants and 16 days of radiation. She had some scares along the way, but she is now in remission!

Trinity began her treatment at Golisano Children’s Hospital in Syracuse, New York, which is two hours away from her hometown. This was very difficult for Trinity as she was separated from her siblings for almost two years. Trinity is currently taking a trial medication called DMFO in hopes that it will prevent her Neuroblastoma from reoccurring. She continues to have scans every three months.

Your illness does not define you!

Trinity, the resilience you have displayed throughout your fight is incredible! Never forget that your illness does not define you. Cancer is just one chapter in your life, not the whole story. We encourage you to stay strong and to continue being a light to others! It is a true joy to have you and your family as a part of the Cancer Kickers Team!
